Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow refers to the pain on the outside of the elbow. It is the most commonly presented along with forearm/wrist weakness, and pain on exertion. This is usually caused by an over-stretch and overuse of the forearm muscles, leading to inflammation and eventually degeneration of these muscles at the outside of the elbow.

Our physiotherapists first assess through movement analysis and functional testing. Manual therapy and acupuncture are applied to relieve pain, along with graded exercises for the elbow and upper limb to improve function.
